Rankers provides users with an interactive gamified fitness experience where they can complete daily quests inspired by video games and manga to enhance their physical activity. Rankers may update, modify, improve, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, temporarily or permanently.

(ii) You acknowledge that using Rankers is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise program. (iii) You acknowledge that you are responsible for recognizing your physical limits and stopping any activity if you experience discomfort or pain.

7. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

(i) You must not engage in cheating, hacking, or any form of unfair gameplay manipulation. (ii) Harassment, hate speech, or any form of abusive behavior toward other users is strictly prohibited. (iii) Violations of these guidelines may result in account suspension or termination.

8. User-Generated Content

(i) If Rankers allows users to share workout results, comments, or other content, you grant Rankers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content within the service. (ii) You retain ownership of your content but agree not to post anything illegal, defamatory, or harmful. (iii) Rankers reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

9. Service Availability & Maintenance

(i) Rankers may experience temporary unavailability due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. (ii) Rankers is not liable for interruptions or data loss resulting from such downtimes.

10. Intellectual Property

(i) All content available through the Service, including designs, text, graphics, images, information, and other files are the proprietary property of Rankers or its licensors. (ii) You may not modify, copy, distribute, frame, reproduce, republish, download, display, post, commercialy exploit or sell in any form or by any means, in whole or in part any content from Rankers without our prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with French law.
